1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or enquiring about industrial plots at Rasa Enclave – Industrial, Village Dhatir & Allika, Palwal, Haryana, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Enquiry, Registration & Allocation
- Registration is open subject to plot availability. Plot sizes available range from 574 to 1,672 Sq. Yd.
- Allocation of plots is made on a First-Come, First-Served basis, subject to availability of the preferred size.
- The booking/token amount payable at the time of registration, and its refundability, will be communicated by our sales team and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
- False or duplicate registrations may lead to disqualification.
3. Payment Terms (For Booked Plots)
- Allottees must adhere to the 10-stage milestone-linked payment plan published on the website, at ₹35,000 per sq. yd.
- The Plot Buyer Agreement must be signed within 30 days of booking or as communicated by the promoter.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the allocation as per the Refund Policy.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST, stamp duty, cess, or other statutory levies) as per prevailing government regulations.
4. RERA Compliance
This project is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Panchkula, registration number HRERA-PKL-PWL-873-2026, dated 24th March 2026, in accordance with the underlying DTCP License No. 16 of 2026 (dated 22.01.2026, valid upto 21.01.2031) granted for an Industrial Plotted Colony on 44.956 acres in favour of Sh. Sanchit Garg and Sh. Ankur Garg. All transactions are governed by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
