Refund Policy

1. Booking Amount Refund

The booking amount paid at the time of registration is refundable in the following cases, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The applicant is not allocated a plot (allocation is on a First-Come, First-Served basis; limited plots are available)
• The applicant withdraws before a plot is allocated
• The project is cancelled or delayed beyond 12 months by the developer

2. Refund Timeline

Refunds for the cases above will be processed within 30 days of the allocation decision or the request being raised, whichever is applicable. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided during registration.

3. Post-Allocation Cancellation

The following applies only to applicants who have been allocated a plot and subsequently cancel, subject to the terms of the Plot Buyer Agreement:

• If an allottee cancels within 30 days of allocation: up to 10% deduction from the amount paid
• If an allottee cancels between 30–90 days of allocation: up to 25% deduction of amount paid
• Cancellation after 90 days is subject to the cancellation terms in the Plot Buyer Agreement

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Bank transfer charges, GST on services, stamp duty/registration charges already incurred, and documentation fees (if any) are non-refundable in all cases.
